Katrina Wray has over 12 year's experience in developing managers, teams and such organisations as Thomson Financial, Merrill Lynch, Cable & Wireless, MTV, Bayer, Nickleodeon, and HBOS.

Recent Projects include:
  • Designing and implementing 360 feedback tools for an international television company.

  • Developing a bespoke assessment centre for a major UK investment bank.

  • Completing a successful executive coaching programme for a property management company.

Katrina is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), and holds a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Training Management.

 

Associate Vanessa Hil has 18 years' experience as a HR and development professional in the City and Far East.

She has worked for European and American companies and partnerships including Price Waterhouse, Schroders and Credit Suisse Financial Products.

Vanessa's primary focus in the past three years has been on one-to-one coaching and designing performance management systems. Other Recent assignments have included:

  • Working with senior partners within a major law firm on issues such as strategy formation, influencing and interpersonal skills, and managing change.

  • Coaching managers in the handling of redundancies. Supporting those being made redundant by helping them analyse their skills, target appropriate organisations and design an effective search strategy.

  • Designing and implementing a graduate assessment centre for the equities division of a US investment bank.

  • Drawing up proposals to help increase manager level commitment to training and development for fund managers seeing Investors In People status.
Vanessa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and holds a degree in French, Economics & Politics.


Nick Wray is a specialist in new media & digitial media publishing and delivers Wray Associates' publishing consultancy & publishing training courses.

Nick has worked in consumer and business publishing media for over 15-years - including a four year stint as new media publisher for the UK's largest consumer magazine publisher IPC Media, part of the AOL/Time Warner Group.

Nick develops new media training courses and can provide one-to-one new media coaching and consultancy.

He has also edited and written for a number of magazines and publications. Nick holds a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of London and has an MA in interactive media from the Royal College of Art.
